Why isn’t there a seagull cull any more?

As I was walking along Berkeley Vale with my dog the other day a seagull was sitting on top of the corner shop with two of its babies.

Obviously it felt threatened by my dog as it started dive bombing us, continually getting closer and closer until we had left the area – which was very dangerous as this was happening whilst we were crossing the road and I was trying to duck and move out the way but still he kept coming at us!

Something needs to be done as this could cause a serious accident one day! Why isn’t there a seagull cull any more? There are too many of these vicious creatures around.
