It’s disrespectful to dump in the cemetery

I HAD to write to say what a lovely job the gardeners have been doing in Falmouth Cemetery.
I’m a pensioner with a minor complaint. It seems that the owners of some of the gardens that back onto the cemetery sides near the gates have been dumping garden rubbish and grass cuttings over the fence
They know who they are – it’s both unnecessary and disrespectful to visitors putting flowers on their loved ones’ graves, and who take pride in keeping the gardens looking as the council gardeners intended.
