Writer was not alone in having bad bus experience

Sadly, Stuart (August 8 letter) was not alone with his experiences of buses not turning up. On Sunday 15 July, I was similarly let down.
Although shown as a 10.35am departure on the timetable at the bus shelter in Mabe, as well as being shown on Traveline and the County bus timetable, the 41B bus to Redruth did not appear. I waited from 10.30am to 10.50am, then walked down to Penryn to catch the train via Truro instead. I did not see the bus go past me during this 20 minute walk, which was along the route that the 41B bus would have taken.
I e-mailed First Bus later that day and got an automated response promising a reply to my complaint. Despite my reminding them the other day, I am still waiting.
