Woman critical after crash near Camborne

A woman is in a critical condition after a crash on the A30 at Roseworthy Dip, near Camborne around 6.30pm on Friday.
Police Officers are investigating the serious road traffic collision that involved thee cars and a motorcycle. The male rider of the motorcycle suffered serious leg injuries and the driver of one of the cars, a lady in her 60’s, suffered serious chest injuries which are being treated as life threatening.
Both were taken by land ambulance to hospital. The occupants of the other two cars were uninjured.
The A30 remained closed overnight for an investigation of the scene to be carried out and re-opened today.
There were also two separate minor 'damage only' collisions in the tailback.
