Teenage gang attack Redruth man

A teenage gang of 15 boys and girls left a man in hospital after an "unprovoked attack" in Redruth.

A police spokesman said that the attack happened between 7.45pm and 8pm at the top of Fore Street, just outside Berryman's, on Friday, October 19.

A police spokesman said that the man was the victim of an unprovoked attack carried out by a group of around 15 youths, incorporating both boys and girls.

As a result of the assault the victim suffered a fractured jaw that needed hospital treatment. Police are looking for any witnesses who may have seen anything connected to this incident.
