Penryn pensioner charged with sexual offences against 13-year-old girl

A PENRYN man has appeared in court charged with sexual offences against a 13-year-old girl.
Anthony Blagden, 67, of Carn Rock, appeared before Truro Magistrates accused of attempting to persuade the girl to expose her breasts, and of sexually touching her.
He denied both charges.
The case was adjourned for trial at Truro Crown Court after the magistrates refused jurisdiction. Committal takes place on December 13.
Until then Blagden was granted bail on condition he does not contact the alleged victim.
