Camborne firefighters tackle car fire

Camborne firefighters were called out to tackle a car fire at Pendarves Road on Sunday.

One crew of five from Camborne were mobilised just after 7pm and on arrival  found one car well alight.

Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hosereel to extinguish the fire. The fire was confined to the car and a spokesman for the fire service said the cause was accidental.
