Orange Watch from Penzance are planning the commemorative cycle for September.
Penzance firefighters are getting ready for a memorial cycle around Belgium later this year in a bid to raise funds for charity.
The ten-strong team from Orange Watch at Penzance fire station plan to embark on their World War One commemorative cycle in September, visiting sites of historic interest along the way and laying a wreath at the Menin Gate Memorial.
Dubbed a "Ride 2 Remember" the charity bike ride aims to raise funds for both the Royal British Legion and The Fire Fighters Charity.
Packet readers can make a donation to help the firefighters' efforts by visiting their online fundraising page, here.
