A drop-in session has been organised to provide advice for people affected by last month’s floods in Helston.
The session will run from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at Helston One Stop Shop, Isaac House, Tyacke Road, on Thursday, January 17.
Staff from the Environment Agency, police, Cornwall Council’s localism and highways services, local councils, the voluntary sector and a range of other agencies are taking part in the surgeries which are aimed at helping people learn more about what happened and what they can do next.
More information, including a flood recovery advice pac, is available on the Council’s website www.cornwall.gov.uk/flooding. Members of the public can also call the Council for flood advice on 0300 1234 100.
