Truro beer thief drops cans during getaway

Police are asking for help tracking down a man who grabbed beer from a petrol station on New Year's Day, but dropped them while making his moped getaway.
Officers are appealing for information after the man took 12 cans of beer from the Shell fuel station at Playing Place.
The beer was dropped as he left on a moped being driven by another person.
Anyone with any information should contact police on 101.
