Town council to debate Bickland Hill 300 homes plan
A controversial scheme which would see up to 300 homes built on land at Lower Kergilliack Farm off Bickland Hill is to be debated by Falmouth’s planning committee on Monday evening (14th).
Persimmon Homes SW and Taylor Wimpy UK Ltd have lodged an outline application for the creation of the homes along with a local centre, public open space, landscaping, a footpath and cycle links.
The planning committee will meet in the council chamber on the first floor of the Municipal Buildings on The Moor at 6pm.
