Car on its side near Wendron blocking road

A car that has rolled onto its side is causing traffic to back up at Wendron this evening.

The silver Peugeot 206 is blocking the B3297 at the junction to Rowe’s Lane, near to the New Inn, resulting in traffic build up in both directions.

Some vehicles are being redirected onto the Falmouth road, via the back lanes.

A police spokesman said the driver and their passenger were out of the car and a recovery vehicle was being organised to tow it away.
