'Extremely useful' slice of village land on sale

A slice of land in Mylor Bridge is going under the hammer next month.
The land, near number 7 Meadowbank, is among 18 lots being sold by regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson at an auction in St Mellion International Resort on February 7 from 11am.
Auctioneer Scott Gray said the land “has its own potential and could prove to be extremely useful to own.”
It sits next to a pair of semi-detached houses and could be used for residential development if all consents were first obtained, he added.
