Plan to turn Falmouth park lodge into cafe

Plans are being drawn up for the conversion of Kimberley Park lodge from a home to a cafe/meeting room.

The lodge is not listed, but it does sit within a conservation area so town clerk, Mark Williams, said any alterations to its exterior would have to be done sensitively.

It was agreed that councillors would be invited to lodge to view the proposals once the plans have been drawn up.

Great idea.
Pity the kiddies paddling pool couldn't be returned to its former glory too if it hasn't been filled in.
Good to see the park thriving.
