A NEW lunchtime club at Falmouth School, where students are encouraged to try out new activities and learn new skills, is proving a great success.
Last week, the youngsters from years seven and eight became budding Jamie Olivers and Nigella Lawsons as they worked together to make a pizza lunch for themselves and for their teachers.
The club, run by teacher Amy Partington, meets once a week and encourages pupils to participate in activities, which prompt teamwork and collaboration which leads to success.
Over the next couple of weeks, the group will |be trying out numerous different activities, including developing their ICT skills and learning some new sports with the PE department.
