University phone pinching sparks warning

Two mobile phone thefts from Tremough Campus at the weekend have the police appealing for students to take better care of their belongings.

The thefts took place during an evening of live music headlined by Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac on Saturday.

“I would urge people to be responsible with their belongings,” said Sergeant Martin Roberts from Falmouth Police Station.
