Helston student not guilty of falsifying official document

A student from Helston accused of falsifying an official police document has been found not guilty.

Joshua Pope, of Bosnoweth, was charged with forging a “producer” ticket and trying to pass it off as genuine on June 6 last year.

The 20-year-old, who is a student at Bristol University, was found not guilty of using a false instrument by the jury at Truro Crown Court on Wednesday, January 30.
