Falmouth mum's truancy arrest warrant over no-show kids

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Falmouth mother after she allegedly failed to make sure her three children were going to school.
Claudia Jane Ward, of Meadowbank Road, is charged with allowing three of her children to truant between September 4 and December 7 last year, Truro Magistrates’ Court heard last Friday.
A warrant for the 41-year-old’s arrest was issued because the offence is punishable with imprisonment.
