Accused of two offences of stealing alcohol from Falmouth Tesco on October 12, a Falmouth man is to be tried at Truro Crown Court.
Roy Wilkes, aged 45, of Swanpool Street, entered no pleas at Truro Magistrates’ Court.
The case was adjourned until March 22 at the crown court, where Wilkes chose to stand trial.
