Truro magistrates have ordered two Rottweiler dogs to be kept under control by their owners, a man and a woman from Falmouth.
Christopher Millington, aged 52, and Michelle Millington, aged 43, of Meadowbank Road, accepted that the dogs, TJ and Simba, were dangerous and were told that the animals had in future to be kept muzzled, on leads and only in the care of a person over the age of 16 years at all times in public places.
The court heard that the dogs were found to be dangerous after incidents which took place in Falmouth on October 22, 2011 and December 4, 2012.
