Firefighters tackle petrol station forecourt car fire

Eleven firefighters were drafted in to help tackle a car fire on a petrol station forecourt in St Austell on Wednesday.
Two fire appliances were called out to Daniels Lane just after 8pm after a call to a car on fire at a petrol station.
Using one hose reel and two breathing apparatus firefighters contained the fire to the cars interior before extinguishing it. This fire is believed to have started accidentally.
