People despreate for the loo in Camborne town centre will have one less place to spend a penny after a decision to shut the town centre toilets.
While the town council has agreed to take over the Camborne Recreation Ground and Rosewarne car park toilets and from Cornwall Council, the Gurney's Lane toilets are to close by April.
Expressing their concerns about the closure decision, town councillors said they felt a "gun has been held to our heads" following moves by Cornwall Council.
Financial reasons were quoted as the reason for the decision.
