Second try for Falmouth hotel access plan

The owners of the Penmere Manor Hotel in Falmouth are trying again to win consent to create a new access road into its grounds.

Last month Cornwall Council refused an application to lift a condition which restricted access from Queen Anne Gardens because of the need to protect trees in the area.

A new application has now been submitted which claims to have overcome the reasons for the previous refusals.
