New Swanpool pavement plan

Cornwall Council is proposing to install a new length of pavement above Swanpool Beach in Falmouth.
Pedestrians are currently forced to walk in the road so the new footway is designed to improve safety for those crossing between the beach and car park and those walking the coastal path.

So a sort of pavement stroke skyway? I can't wait to see that. It should be really safe for pedestrians too, as long as they have barriers at the edges...
Will it have a cycle lane, I wonder?
