Gyllyngdune Gardens in Falmouth hosted a range of children’s activities to keep youngsters entertained during the half-term holidays.
The week began with a couple of live animal encounters when children had the chance to come face to face with a variety of animals to illustrate the animal kingdom.
Next there was a “make and take” activity with youngsters using vegetables and other materials to make natural dyes.
Thursday saw another make and take activity, this time involving the children and clay with them going home with their terracotta creations.
The two sessions were run by Sara Baistrocchi, who said: “The children have had great fun. Nobody can resist playing with clay.”
The week’s events ended with a garden trail for all the family on Saturday when the challenge was on to find all the tiny Pisky Pals, solve the riddle and become the Pisky Champion.
