Engineer who dies in Ghana named as Redruth man

A man working for a Falmouth-based drilling company killed while in Africa has been named as Alex Osborne, from Redruth.
Engineer Alex Osborn, who worked for Fugro Seacore, was reportedly electrocuted by a shower in a hotel in the city of Takoradi, Ghana.
Mr Osborne's body has been flown back to Cornwall.
In a statement from Fugro Seacore the death of Alex, who was in his 20's, was described as a "tragic accident."
