Fan of The Young Ones or The Comic Strip, well here is your chance to meet a real comedy legend when he pops into a Falmouth bookshop in early April.

Rik Mayall will be meeting and greeting as he signs a new CD at Falmouth Bookseller on Wednesday April 3.

We don't need celebrities in Falmouth. They bring the tone of the place down and attract the wrong sort of people. Sorry Mr Mayall, Helford yes, Rock yes, Falmouth no. I'm sure you'd be a lot happier in the company of other show off celebrities rather than us boring civilians in any case.

Only the wrong type of celebrity attracts the wrong kind of person.
I welcome Rik! He has had a fantastic career!
It's the 'Only Way Is Essex & Jordan' type wannabe celebrities that I wouldn't want to see.
