A glut of handbag and phone thefts last week has the police appealing for vigilance.
The thefts were spread out across Falmouth the weekend before last, with one in the Underground Bar & Grill on the High Street, another in Club I on Church Street and the third in Cribbs Restaurant & Bar on Arwenack Street.
PC Chris Vincent from Falmouth Police Station said: “Please be aware of bags and phones being left unattended. There have been three thefts of that nature over the weekend.”
