Several hundred people took to the streets of Falmouth on Good Friday to proclaim their faith in the run up to Easter.

The annual Walk of Witness was organised once again by the Falmouth and Penryn Churches Together. A procession made up of members of the two towns’ churches left the Emmanuel Baptist Church at 10am and made its way to other churches in Falmouth before heading into the town centre.

From here it was headed by a group of people in costume, including one dressed as Jesus carrying the cross.

After around 90 minutes the procession ended at King Charles the Martyr Church, where prayers were said, followed by refreshments in the church hall.
