UPDATE: Rosewarne has been found guilty one count of sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13 and two counts of indecent assault. He was found not guilty of one count of indecent assault and one count of sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13.
He will be sentenced at a future date.
UPDATE: The jury has retired to make a decision.
A man has apeared at Truro Crown Court accused of abusing a 10-year-old girl on a Helston farm in 1970's.
John Rosewarne, 63, now of of Pencarn Parc, Four Lanes, Redruth, denies five charges of sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13 and indecent assault.
He has admitted one count of sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13.
The alleged abuse was said to have started when she was ten-years-old and continued for a number of years.
The trial continues.
