No pleas were entered at Truro Magistrates' Court by Camborne man Derek Champion when he was accused of 11 charges of making indecent photographs of children and three of possessing extreme pornographic images involving animals.
Anita Kennett, for the Crown Prosecution Service, submitted that the case was not suitable for hearing in the magistrates' court and 34-year-old Champion, of Cameo Court, South Roskear Terrace, was told it would be adjourned to Thursday, May 9, for committal to the crown court for trial.
