Gyllyngvase Beach
A Falmouth man elected trial at Truro Crown Court when he appeared before Truro magistrates charged with exposing his genitals, intending to cause alarm or distress.
Trystan Roy Thomas Beecroft, aged 24, of Bar Terrace, Falmouth entered no plea to the charge, which alleged the offence took place on Gyllyngvase Beach.
His trial takes place on June 20.
