Paramedics and police officers question the man in St Gluvias Street
The police and ambulance service were called to Penryn yesterday afternoon to deal with a drunk found lying in the road.
The man was lying in St Gluvias Street around 3pm when he was discovered by a van driver, who reported him to the police.
He was "sunbathing," according to a Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson, and after being given a once over by the ambulance service made his way to a local park.
