Camborne estate agent Tim Glasson is to stand trial at Truro Crown Court over allegations he defrauded clients.

Timothy Charles Glasson, 50, of Higher Pengegon, Pengegon, Camborne, faces 12 charges of abusing his position intending to cause loss or exposure to risk of loss to individuals between 2010-2013 at Camborne.

Mr Glasson, of Tim Glasson Estate Agents on Trelowarren Street entered no pleas and the case was sent to the crown court on July 5.

The court heard the allegations concerned rent and deposits totalling in excess of £18,500 involved in a letting agency.

He was granted bail with a condition not to contact a list of named persons.
