A Camborne man has denied an assault on Jonathan Kerr at Camborne on May 4 when he appeared before Truro magistrates.
He was Graeme Paul Fitzgerald, 49, of no fixed address in Camborne.
He pleaded guilty to possessing 1.29 grams of amphetamine, a class B drug, on the same date.
A trial will take place at Truro Magistrates’ Court on August 5. Bail conditions were not to attend an address in Camborne and not to contact the alleged victim.
