A not guilty plea to assaulting Suzanne Phillips at St Ives on May 18 was entered by a St Ives man when he appeared before Truro magistrates.
Paul Mansfield, 31, of Carnstabba Road, St Ives, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis on the same date.
His trial will take place at Truro Magistrates’ Court on July 31. Bail conditions included not to enter an address in St Ives or contact named witnesses.
