Accused of fraud involving 23 invoices to Marconi Builders and Developers Ltd for payment of work to the amount of £13,463.25 a Truro man has been committed for trial at Truro Crown Court to July 9.
He was Jonathan Nigel William Wright, 33, of David Penhaligon Way, Truro.
The offences are alleged to have taken place at Helston between December 2011 and June 2012 contrary to the Fraud Act.
Mark Charnley, his solicitor, told the magistrates the case was suitable for the early guilty plea scheme.
