A bodyboarder being dragged towards rocks by a strong current was plucked from danger by RNLI beach lifeguards.
The man had got into trouble at Porthtowan beach. Lifeguards Adam Bunt and Kian Harris launched their inshore rescue boat and rescued the man, taking him safely back to the beach.
