Last Wednesday a coffee morning was held at the Pencare home of Ron Mildren, co-hosted by Emmeline Simmons. One hundred and seven pounds was raised for church funds.
The first three raffle prize winners were: Peggy Macgregor, Ammorel Todd and Isobel Martin. The Half-and-Half winners for May: Rod Macgregor, Derek Baker and Lille Thomas and for June: Emmeline Simmons, Tommas Matthews and the church.
On Sunday, the third Sunday after Trinity, the sung eucharist was taken by Father Harry with lessons read by Ruth Williams and Elizabeth Schofield. Organist was Esther Brown.
