Two prime residential development sites on and adjacent to Falmouth Golf Club, have come to the market with Savills.
The 18 hole golf course occupies a cliff top position on the edge of Falmouth, overlooking Falmouth Bay and is located approximately 12 miles from Truro City Centre.
For sale on behalf of D C Hughes (Falmouth) Ltd, the two sites known as Pennance Field and Swanpool Road offer a rare opportunity to develop housing in a high value location next to the well established 18 hole course, according to selling agents Savills.
Pennance Field is located to the west of the Golf Club and is separated from the golf course by a private drive. The Swanpool Road development parcel relates to land on the golf course itself running along the northern boundary and fronting the main access road. The sites have detailed planning permission for a total of 48 new homes. The Pennance Field development comprises 18 houses and the Swanpool Road scheme will provide 30 houses.
