The death of a Falmouth University student at a town centre flat on Saturday is not suspicious, say police.
Police and ambulance crews were sent to Church Street in Falmouth at around midday and discovered the body of 22-year-old Joe Evans.
It is believed the student took his own life and police confirm they are not treating his death as suspicious.
Professor Anne Carlisle, vice chancellor and CEO of Falmouth University said: “It is with great sadness that we have learned of the untimely death of Joe Evans at the weekend.
“Joe was a very valued member of our press and editorial photography course and will be very sadly missed by both his fellow students and staff.
“Our thoughts are with Joe’s family and friends at this very difficult time.”
