A 65-year-old man who has been missing from his home in Devon for almost a fortnight could be in West Cornwall, according to the police.
Christopher Smithies was reported missing from Torquay on July 4 and hasn't been seen since.
On that same day, at 7.40am, he was spotted on CCTV at Penzance Tesco in Market Jew Street wearing a lightweight cream jacket with no sleeves.
He also had on a short sleeve blue shirt with darker vertical stripes, blue jeans and bright red shoes.
He was carrying a black laptop-style shoulder bag.
Described as a white 65-year-old man who is approximately 5ft 10 tall, Mr Smithies is of slim build with collar length white hair and a moustache.
Anyone with any information as to his whereabouts is urged to contact the police on 101 quoting reference number 767 of July 4.
