A man from Helston has pleaded not guilty to seven sexual offences as well as charges of theft and fraud.
Brian Marshall, from Godolphin Road, appeared before Truro Crown Court last Friday facing charges of three counts of rape of a female over the age of 16 and four counts of sexual activity with a female.
In a separate indictment, the 58-year-old also faced one charge of theft and another of possessing an article to commit fraud.
Marshall pleaded not guilty to all charges and will now be tried. No date has yet been fixed, but it is expected that two trials will take place, one for the sexual offence charges and a second for the separate indictment.
