Casualty cut free from car after Penryn crash

Traffic was backed up in both directions this morning after a crash at the Treluswell Roundabout, Penryn.
Firefighters were called out just after 8am to a collision involving a Skoda Octavia and a Citroen Relay van.
A fire and rescue service spokesman said one person was trapped and cut free from the car using crash rescue equipment. Once released the casualty was left in the care of ambulance and firefighters made the scene safe.
