Creative kids enjoy church craft sessions: PICTURES
2:00pm Saturday 31st August 2013 in News
A church that meets at Helston’s Old Cattle Market has held three craft sessions for children over the summer holidays.
Youngsters joined KingsKids, the youth section of KingsGate Church, to create animals and people out of junk.
This led to lions made out papier mache, a sheep out of cotton wool and a flowerpot man out of, unsurprisingly, flowerpots.
The sessions took place in the community hall at the Old Cattle Market and attracted lots of children.
All three events were free, with refreshments provided.
KingsGate Church meets every Sunday morning at the Old Cattle Market from 10.30am until noon, with everyone welcome. .
