A 49-year-old diver who was airlifted to hospital after getting into difficulty off the Isles of Scilly has died in hospital.
The man from London was thought to have been on a diving holiday and was flown to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro after falling unconscious on surfacing on Wednesday.
His death is not thought to be be suspicious.
Another man had to be taken to a hyperbaric chamber at the Diving Diseases Research Centre in Plymouth after a rapid ascent.
