Penryn tumble dryer fire sparks call out for firefighters
Firefighters were caleld to Penryn this morning after a report of a fire in a tumble dryer.
Crews from Falmouth were mobilised to the industrial unit at 9.30am and on arrival crews found a small fire in an industrial tumble dryer unit.
Crews used an extinguisher and a thermal image camera to check the fire was out. Crews isolated the dryer which was believed to have overheated.
