Penryn plans World War One commemorations
The third meeting of the group behind Penryn’s planned commemorations to mark the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War I next year will be held on Thursday, October 24, in the town council chamber.
World War One Remembered are putting together a programme of events and are inviting anyone who would like to contribute ideas or get involved to attend the meeting at 7pm.
