Truro Cathredral ice rink to return 'bigger and better'

This Christmas a 'bigger and better' ice rink will return to the centre of Truro thanks to a collaboration between Truro Cathedral and Totally Truro.
Tucked just behind Truro's majestic Cathedral, organisers say skating on the rink is the perfect way to soak up the magic that is Christmas in Truro.
The rink is open every day between November 20 and January 5, except Christmas day, on Cathedral Green and can be found by walking through High Cross and down to the left of the Cathedral.
Ice Skate Truro Regular sessions will start at 10am throughout the day until 8:30pm, with late night skating also available on selected evenings throughout the season.
Tickets for skating sessions can be booked in advance from October 24 by visiting www.iceskatetruro.co.uk or by calling 01872 245001.
Tickets will also be available from the ice rink box office situated next to the Cathedral from November 20.
The ice is open to anyone aged four and over and wheelchair access to the ice is available, please call the ticket office to find out which sessions have spaces.
Prices for Ice Skate Truro: Adults £7, 4-16yr olds £5, Students with NUS Card £5, Family ticket: 2 Adults and 2 Children (U16) £22, School Groups up to 30 children £3 per child + 2 teachers free. Groups of ten get 11th person free. Seniors over 65 £5 **Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
