Perranwell farmer faces court over dog death

A Perranwell farmer is facing accusations that he shot and killed a Rottweiler dog worth £3,000 and caused it unnecessary suffering when he found it on his land.
Phillip Warwick Pryor, 48, of Perranwell Station, has pleaded not guilty to a criminal damage charge of destroying the animal belonging to Marcus Cole during April at Perranwell Station and to causing it unnecessary suffering by shooting it.
